There is no evidence of wrong-doing by Larco or the family that owns the company.  The use of tax havens for wealth management is perfectly legal.  That is part of the problem.  Aggressive tax avoidance and tax evasion costs the government billions in revenues that could otherwise be directed to critical public services that Canadians rely on.  Furthermore, we believe the use of offshore tax havens by a government partner raises questions and merits scrutiny.
